HOW TO RETURN
We want you to love your purchase and if for any reason you want to return any pieces, you can do so within 3 days of purchase. Please ensure that items are unworn and in undamaged condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs – if it’s our mistake (wrong item, damaged item) it’s all on us of course.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Bag/ Bag Strap must include the original box in its original condition, without postal labels.
- Box fees are charged when product is returned in a damaged box, or without the original box.
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.In case of a defective/incorrect item, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund through email
- ALL SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED with no exceptions.
To return an item, please follow these instructions:
- Please send us an e-mail with the return reason and securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package.
- We do not provide return label or return fee.
- Ship your package using your preferred courier. Maison Coco cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
If you are shipping your return yourself, insuring your return package is recommended but not required. In the event of any failure to return goods to us within 10 days, even though validly cancelled, we reserve the right to charge for the cost of recovery of goods. If the product was not returned within 10 days(postmark dates), the returned goods will be refunded in store credit, which is valid for a year.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees, customs, and duties on their return shipments to Maison de Coco. Packages should be shipped to the above address via a carrier that requires recipient’s signature upon delivery.
In order to serve you most efficiently, we no offer merchandise exchanges.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you believe that you have received defective merchandise or were shipped incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must notify us within 2 DAYS of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund through email. There are no exceptions. We will pay for the return shipping for defective or incorrectly filled orders, and do our best to get you the original item ordered.
